Hotel meeting rooms feature natural daylight and built-in AV. With 168 spacious rooms, including 14 suites, the hotel also offers a range of accommodation options for overnight or longer stays. The rooftop at Storehouse Perth Subiaco offers picturesque views over Perth CBD and is the perfect place to enjoy lunch, post conference drinks, cocktails or group dinners.

• Undercover Hotel car parking:
A limited number of underground car parks are available below the Hotel precinct. Located on Basement Level 2. These bays are subject to availability, charged at $25 per 24 hours.
Multiple entries & exits are permitted in a 24 hour period. Height restrictions are in place, maximum vehicle height is 2.0 metres. Once you have completed your check-in, access is via the main entrance off Alvan Street.
The hotel is not able to provide guaranteed parking for vehicles above 2.0 meters.
Alternative options (including over-sized vehicles):
• City of Subiaco public car park:
Located below the Hotel on Basement Level 1. These bays are payable via ticket kiosks within the car park. Suitable for larger vehicles. Entry available from 6am until 11pm, via the main entrance off Alvan Street.
• Street parking:
Available on Railway Road. Ticket kiosks are in place and fees payable on weekdays only, between 8am and 5pm. Parking is free of charge after 5pm on weekdays and all day on weekends and public holidays.
